The Therapeutic 1:1
A therapeutic (Katonah-inspired) private is not a class for one person. It is a re-attunement of your personal instrument. We always start with a body reading, which gives us information on what we can’t see at first glance. That leads us to shapes that offer a glimpse into what’s keeping you stuck, what pulls you off track, or what gets you lost in the woods. Then we inform to reform. All in an effort to transform.
Therapeutic holds + adjustments, breathwork, meditation, visualization, asana, and kriya are just a few of the tools I use to help my clients get where they want to go. Each session is unique and tailored to you + your unique body and lifestyle.
First session + body reading: $140 (85 min)
Subsequent sessions: $140 (60-75 min)
Small Group Yoga
A movement and breath experience tailored to your group’s specific needs and desires. Styles may include yin yoga, flow yoga, therapeutic holds + adjustments, breathwork, visualization, kriya, and more. Expect hands-on adjustments and a varying range of propwork. All levels welcome, always.
2 person session: $170 (60-75 min)
3 person session: $200 (60-75 min)
4+ person session: Ask for pricing (60-75 min)
Meditation/Breathwork
Pranayama is breath that is trained, and a trained breath empowers the mind and body. Meditation offers us a way to tap into our own inner wisdom. It is the foundation of being. Sitting in stillness, we can observe our inner world and cultivate a richer, more satisfying one. The breath is the missing pillar of health. Moving the breath through the body intentionally can have a profound impact on our physical, mental and emotional well-being. Whether you want to reduce stress, increase your daily mindfulness or deep-dive with me into a blissful state of observation, I’m here to get you on your way.
